Taxo Gelato! Taxo is fruit from the same family as Passion Fruit, and as acidic as passion fruit is without sugar. On top, it is quite tart on the tongue, and the gelato makes a wonderful combination between the smooth texture of gelato and that rough feeling on the tongue. Plus, it's not as sweet as most other ice creams.

        I think I've had taxo before down in South America, it may have been in Ecuador as matter of fact. But that was back in the 90's! Good stuff! Thanks for the support and helping out with the prizes!
