I can be forgetful sometimes. Especially if I'm on my phone. I get engrossed in what I was watching and forget that I'm doing something. old folks said I should eat almonds more often😬.

The phone is one of the biggest distractions, and time flies by without us noticing, and we forget everything else, haha.
I didn't know almond had those properties, but the oldies advice is wise.
