We have different breeds of ducks in Bangladesh which we rear at home. It is a Haas and can be seen in various places in our country. Especially in our village such ducks are kept by women in every house. There are two types of ducks in our country and these two types of ducks are reared in our country. Today I have given the photograph of this duck which is a large type of duck which we call Rajahas in our language.
Such haas look very large and their weight ranges from about four to seven kg. The voice of this duck is slightly thick and it calls loudly. Their bodies are always warm and they can stay in water for long periods of time even during winter. Anyway I was very pleased to see this duck so I took some pictures with my mobile and the pictures are presented above for perusal.
