This is a great case study for the congressional-trading strategy. The Byron angle (Financial Services Committee + stablecoin legislation timing) was the real signal here, beyond just the low valuation. $41 entry, $60.50 possible exit; risk/reward looks good on paper. One thing I would flag here is that there are only unconfirmed sources on the Stripe/Advent offer, so there's real downside if that doesn't materialize and the stock gives back that 19% pop. I'm curious what your rule is for scaling out if the deal talk cools instead of confirming. Do you trim on the way up regardless or wait for official confirmation?
