I agree, they should be squad/bench material right now. I don't see how they can get motivated neither with no competition on the bench

        Your last sentence has inadvertently proffered a solution.
        Anyways mine is, something needs be done fast about these 3 guys. Nobody, no matter who, should be allowed to do bellow the high standards an Arsenal player should have.
