I'm about to get real about my new online career too, but it will all be about creating content, some coaching and workshops, with earnings here on Hive, hopefully more from the Bitcoin community and then whatever else is possible without banks involved 😀

Hive can be one way to set a good monthly income, even if you may need to sell some monthly in order to build some real-world money. At least until we would have a good debit card that use directly Hive.
Personally I'm not trusting in any formal fiat off-ramps, when I spend in the outside world it will be directly with apps like Travala, or selling directly for cash, or even gold hehe
Travala is what has kept me mobile, with options to build myself up again the past year or longer!
Well, I do use Binance as on-ramp for buying or selling Hive. No other decent alternative yet.
Good that you have that option! For me all of that is a thing of the past...
