There is a quote I came across on Splinterlands which says “if you got a loosing streak, you can still take some time off and come back later”. Earlier today when after I won my first set of daily rewards in the FRONTIER league, I played other battles trying to complete the reward claims for the day. Guess what? I played close to ten battles without winning. That’s when the quote popped up on the screen. I usually do not accept defeat except there is no other choice. So I had to cool off and after taking some hours I decided to get back on.I buckled up and was able to pick up very fast. Won the next five battles and claimed a RARE and EPIC card which was in the second set of rewards for the day. The RARE card is called the SPELLMONGER while the EPIC card is called the LENORE NEVERMORE.
The SPELLMONGER belongs to the HUMAN bloodline while the LENORE falls under the AVIAN bloodline. I use the both cards often but the LENORE NEVERMORE is the one I use more frequently. The first one cannot perform either MELEE, MAGIC or RANGED attacks but has two special abilities as you can see in the downward part or the card. The second card has one special ability and can perform RANGED attacks. While the first one belongs to the LIFE element family, the second one belongs to the DEATH element family. The symbols in the top right corner of the card represents this.
