Okay, so I'm going hard at it with the videos again, and what a nice way to earn some bang for my buck alongside creating these.
Anyway, today I'm talking about helping your friends out with mental health! Sometimes we just don't know what to do, and that can be a challenge in itself.
So I've decided to make a little video to help with that.

I love this. Not only do I have friends dealing with mental health issues but I have a bit of this myself too. Honestly, I think it's hard not to deal with any mental health issue (even if in very small parts), especially with all the problems the world is confronting with lately. Thanks for sharing it!

Think the more we speak about mental health the better, after going through a rough patch myself recently just sitting down and talking to friends and family relived so much pressure, that first step is the hardest though
