It must have been hard work to build that road, the best thing is that the natural environment has been respected and the view can be appreciated from any part of the mountain, I enjoy driving long distances as long as there is no traffic.

That's true that the natural environment has been maintained. In Oman we do not have any buildings more then 10 floors and even in the midst of the city we can get beautiful Sea and Mountain views.
