I picked this song because it's a powerful song that signifies death:

The first time we heard it, in Game of Thrones was at Robb Starks death -- where his entire army was killed off.

The song tells of a proud lord who refused to bow, and in doing so, sealed the fate of his house.

It’s a warning, yes -- but more than that, it’s a reminder of cycles. Pride rises, power corrupts, and every age eventually yields to the next.

I'm playing it now because it reminds me of death, and a funeral hymn of what's passing.

We're moving into a new age of the brotherhood, and of hive -- symbolically this song represents the death of all that was; the hurt, the anger, the power, the control; all of that is going away.

One built on creation, contribution, and shared growth -- not control or entitlement.

There will be no bloodshed, no fighting, no screaming on Peakd for months, no axes to grind. Only restorative equilibrium.

Those who build, who give, who create -- will flourish.

Those who take without giving will simply fade, quietly, as the new order takes root.

The flame doesn’t destroy -- it purifies.

The ashes it leaves behind are fertile ground for what comes next.
