The limit of 2 LOLZ tips to any given Hive account per day (UTC) has been implemented by the LOLZ token tipping bot long before the LOLZ burner bot existed. 🤔🤓

Maybe the post should have been more precise with "enter more than once per day if you want", such that the phrase is changed to "enter a second time per day if you want". 🤓😏
