Hey Hivers,
Let's get to the obvious first: you might wonder what's going on, a Power Up post a week inside the month already?? Well, as usual, I started preparing the data, charts, etc, and when it was time for the last touches, I kept pushing it to later. But I already skipped that post last month because I was traveling, so I couldn't skip it again. And I figured if I waited any longer, it would just be too late. So anyways, in short, it was another successful Power Up Month, and Power Up Day. The last ones I missed were a very long time ago! So let's not waste any more time, and quickly jump into the details.
HIVE
No changes on the strategy with most of my posts set to '100% Powered up'. So liquid Hive is a little hard to come by, but I stuck with my usual 16.666HP power up.
And my symbolic HBD savings addition as well. Getting closer to 200BHD in savings, it could happen during next HPUD.
Like I said, I was traveling last month, so even though I did power up, I couldn't gather the data, so let's just average it all over the last two months. As you might remember, my account growth is typically almost linear anyways. and it's confirmed by the trend in March:
Overall, the growth was almost exactly at my 5HP daily target over the 2 months. I was worried I couldn't make it, but I did, yay!! Adding this last Power Up, that is an increase of 334HP over Feb-March months. Not bad, and that brings my total at 7374HP. If I can keep that trend, the next milestones at 8000HP should be here rather quickly.
SPORTS
For SPORTS, I was able to add approximately 250k per month, which is exactly what my reduced target was. So, even if I thought I wasn't doing good, it wasn't that bad. I think it's still possible to reach 24M by year end, but it will be challenging.
ALIVE
The We Are Alive Tribe is getting back to its former glory with most of the perks back, and even some new ones: daily dividends for holding ALIVE, weekly returns for delegations to their community accounts, and more. I'm glad I stuck with it during the down time, and the last two months, I was able to add about 900AP per month, well above my target.
PHOTO
It's not so good with PHOTO. I already reduced my target earlier this year, but I was still unable to reach it, and only added about 1450 per month. I am really not focused on it, I just have many photos in most of my posts.
LOLZ
With now 9609 LOLZ staked, the growth has slowed down to about 450 per month. That is not a surprise as I completely changed my strategy and removed several of my delegations. Next month will be even lower. I hoped to reach 10k before end of March, I will need at least 2 more months now to get there. But I think sending more 2nd layer tokens to LP, instead of delegating them should get me better returns.
Targets
- I'm a bit surprised I was able to keep the 5HP daily target, but I guess I'll try again for April
- Seems 250k SPORTS per month was a more realistic target and I will keep it for April
- It's currently going well for ALIVE, so I will try and increase my target to 800AP per month
- It's the opposite for PHOTO, so I will reduce my target again to 1500 per month. It is still more than the last 2 months, but let's try.
- Like I explained, my LOLZ growth should be very small now, somewhere between 100 and 150 LOLZ per month.
- As the previous months, I will keep increasing a few other 2nd layer tokens, and adding to LPs as well. I still have no target for any of them though.
Anybody that knows me knows I am always late, so this post was no exception. The conclusion stays the same, steady and consistent growth. Let's try even better in April!
