That is what needs to be done without the violence in a shorter period of time.

From this post on things get more complicated when talking about something. Because there are several other influences within. Saying one thing can happen because of one thing done. That is not what happens here. One thing happens because many other things are in place to permit.

What is said. Is combining many things and starting in one location. Instead of starting many things in many locations.

The objectives of the project should also be the restraints on the project. Playing with finance can have serious impacts on the lives of many.
Any action that would result in one of the community losing in some way because of what we do. Would not be acceptable. There should be no reason to need to turn back once progress has been made.

There are many things on the blockchain and outside of it, that can have influence. These we can not control and should at no time ever enter the mind for concern. The task at hand is Hive and Hive related.

The project will take one road. From that road it will diverge to avenues and walks and other names. Some of these projects would compliment the property.

Divergence 1. An example would be energy saving devices in place.
This would be a Cheaper investment to each property, and increase the value. Excess energy could be sent to to an extra external storage units. A % would be given back to the chain as always and a % would be used to increase the storage and production capabilities.

Divergence 2.
The use of funding should not be for private ventures. A private venture must agree to some return for the start we provide. It would not be used to get the cool crew of the community new I Phones or the latest Galaxy.

Divergence 3. Once a Hub as been established. A hub considered 13 units and an additional retail unit. Finance is set aside for general purposes. This funding is stored on Chain and would contain a multi sign release. The same with any release of funding. The higher the amount, The greater the clarification of intent is needed.
Educational facilities.
Recreational facilities.
Medical facilities.
Clean water.
Cheaper energy for the consumer.

These are just quick examples in Divergence 3. All of those items have a constant reliance on contribution to many. We can bring these things closer to affordable if they are funded by capitalist profit.

The CEO who is not there, that cut can cover those costs.

In everything we do. Our option will provide the cheaper alternative with the same high standard, should be higher.

When not financing regenerative funding for the project. All other project must have benefits to the local community or an on chain support.

We bring Affordable housing.
We bring Affordable mortgages.
We bring a new environment to a community.
We do not rely on someone else to enable us.
We put in place for others to be enabled.
Our gains as a blockchain are there.
We do not need to make them more.
We do not hand out finance to individuals to help them.
They can blog or comment for those.
The focus is a community.
Eventually many communities, we can unite.
