There's the thing. No one with power on Hive want's Hive to succeed unless they control the progress. No one with power wants to lose it.

300K I will light the way that no one keeps control and a stringer Hive chain evolves.

The size, the economy and what Hive does not do give advantage to those here now.

IF. Hive develops for a future.

I seem to be the only one who would like to see a secure future for the chain.

The same people who will not help me will ask all for support to their projects. Their coding.

Coding does nothing to keep value unless it is something stupid like the DHF corruption fund.

Bunch of hypocrites control the chain. They say they want the best. Tell you their code is the best way.

If that was so. Hive would retain more people.

Truth. People are here for money. It is not as good to earn 25 cents a day from converting Hive tokens/ So people leave. when the value is low. Too much time used for too little reward.

Then you have those who do not need at the top. Making a proposal for funding, Then double dipping by making posts and getting rewards for the same thing. Those rewards go to 100 USD on a post. The rest can feck off.

Im interested in what ideas you have that you are not getting help with.
Give me a concise pitch of what you think is your best idea for hive that isn’t being listened to.
I’m small potatoes around here, but I will listen and consider what you are saying.

I do agree there is a lot of malarkey going on at the top… but I think there are a lot of great users out there who really do care about the health of hive.
I personally try to keep focus on what I like on hive and push toward the users and projects that are working toward #hivethrive

The nest advantage is in property. The returns are more secure and retention of value.

Things like coffee and solar lose value over time.

Smaller than a property all lose values in one way or more.

The location of the property makes a difference. Someone will need to be the caretaker and ensure the property not vandalised.

I would say none of those at the top or as you suggest have the best interests in heart give me any time.

You got what I say after 2 conversations. 6 years talking to all the others. They may have knowledge, but they have very little intellect.

Put anything to industry to bring a return to the chain. That is as simple as I can put it.

300K out 2K a month back for infinity.

You have grown in the last 6 years. Your idea has become clearer? cleaner? More concise in each retelling so it is easier for others to understand your concept.

Plus, you proved it could happen by doing it.

You have already taken one part of what I said, Vacations/holidays and can see that working.
It will not, there is nothing there to subsidise.

Hotels coffee shops and anything like all need a subsidy.
