Looking back at myself. I see the surface of someone trying or at least saying they would like to see people have a better chance at opportunity. Who boasts about the know how. But the road paved with good intentions. Might just be the road best not to take.

It is the only road we have not travelled. Why am I the only one who does not fear to thread? Having to develop something new cannot be the answer. The blockchain is evidence of that.

Unfortunately for you. You actually do not live online. There is a physical reality the supersedes the online persona you mix yourself up with. (Not you Snook). Involved in the chain you have some knowledge of money. But do ye know where it comes from? I don't have a bleedin idea where it comes from. I know how they make more today than there was yesterday. I have no limitations of that knowledge. Bloody lost to why I seem to be the only one who see's how simple it would be to change things.

It's really funny that those who have mastered language, totally fail to understand what those who have not, might say. Those are the people who run the world and most western governments. The masters of the language. The well educated among us, who never lived like us. Who knows maybe they just made better choices than the rest. Could it be that the available opportunities where never exposed to certain classes of people. Categorise what classes mean any way you like.

From what I see. The things said on a piece of paper about a person in most cases does not mean much. The qualification does not fulfil the contract when in place. If they did, the world would not be in the mess it is in.

That brings be to more funny. While I do bitch about what does not get started. That has no baring on the things already done and the respect those who brought to this chain should be given. (I have to say that so I don't get flagged, lol Zoking). If they had not, I would not be able to bitch about them here.

So ask the Dev's the Witness. Could Hive tokens, Probably HBD first. Be a global currency? Could it not will it. If the answer is yes. Then ask, why are they not trying to make that happen?

I mean the goals are something like that right. To have HBD used as a daily used currency. To have the front ends used as a distribution system through rewards for content. What about after that?

Writing this code for and this one for maintenance, another for something else over there. Basically uncensored payments for uncensored work. Well I went in to that in an earlier post, not linked.

Back to the funnies.

Doing all of that is the simplest of things to do. It just needs community. If is built, they will come. Should the economy of the chain not exceed a handful of crypto people who have a shop somewhere. It's great the use of it. The distances are too far for them to have much impact. Mass onboarding does not work. Getting established without knowing people already here can be years of work and time people do have to spare. The earn for content is a bit misleading.

I have idea's on how to construct something that can bring that to the forefront. Should any front end like to chat about it. It also provides support for the token the front end issues.

High value content. Content that brings people as readers, even if they do not open a hive account. Their word of mouth brings in active users and new users seeking to gain an employment from that chain. This is something that should get pushed harder to establish. Positions providing a source of income for quality content. It would take a couple years to develop the system and funding to have any sort of impact.

All the pieces of the jigsaw are here, people refuse to put that jigsaw together. Maybe it is one of those 10 piece ones that everyone ignores. Or maybe it is one of those 10,000 piece all white ones that no one started yet.

Maybe starting that jigsaw and getting some corner pieces down. How the other pieces fit together might get a bit easier.

A stronger chain is needed to survive in the future.

A chain that does much more than games and blogging. A chain that can provide mortgages and other secured loans.
Supports educational facilities on chain.
Supports sports on local levels.
Continuous support for integration of Hive and tokens to the smaller business. Work to enable the "Shop owner" to get reimbursed is needed.
Has paid employees to perform tasks specified. Help desk or moderators a combination of both.
The chain tokens even second layer tokens. Gather additional demand.

That is what I would like to do and that is just the sample case. There is so many places Hive could reach. Even the development of medicines. Open sourced education. All of these things should be done under the banner of non profit.

Done right there is no CEO or upper management as such. In effect, similar to a witness. Similar not the same.
On one side the choices are limited. On the other the choices restricted. At no point should it become a luxury item type company.

One side provides options and the majority make a choice, The level of HP has no baring on this vote. There is no down vote. It is simply, "click if you agree with this goal". Self explanatory then with information provided for each choice. In some cases or for certain choices depending on locations. Support for that allocation would have no impact on someone far away and the vote would be localised. Done on a second layer level. This voting system could allow log in and anonymity if needed. Though things have gone very wrong if it is needed. Because of the finance involved. There is a good chance any of those getting involved might need to do KYC. For that reason, maybe anonymous voting might be useful.

The better future for Hive is in the influence it could have. So far as yet the influence is minimal. The best influence, I think comes from it being true. So influence I speak of is not that of a tiktok'er or an individual blogger. An influence over how the future is controlled or control's itself.

With a promise of rewards, Making that reward (content quality accounted along with truth outside of opinion., could be guidelines,) decent enough to have people from all counties able to support themselves from blockchain activities.

Everything above is something that needs to be built. Alongside there could also be a need to build a legal team for the chain. This would entail representation of the chain for listings on exchanges gaining a legal standing for the tokens. This is not something that should be outsourced. Education was mentioned earlier in this post. Educating the legal team not to defend but to go on the offensive, Maybe even find a way to get Hive listed as a non profit. The chain itself does not make any profit.
