It has been few days and luckily I have managed to be consistent and active once again on hive via this beautiful ecency frontend. I have always liked this and that is the reason I have rarely used any other frontend for hive, the leofinance is also good but ecency is #1 for me. When I started writing again I witnessed some changes that impressed me further. One of them is what I have started to use already. There are now two editors for writing your blog on ecency. The first one is the classic old editor which was a very easy to use and then comes this modern editor which one might struggle to use in the beginning but once you get used to it, I don't think there is any going back to the old style editor again.
I will be sharing some of them and rest I will request readers to explore on their own. The very first thing that I liked about this new modern editor is the caption option below the image that comes directly for us. You do not have to know any technical thing and once you upload a picture to use in your blog it will look something like that. That is a screenshot from one of the blogs shared recently and there I have used that feature to give a caption that will make the picture more understandable for the readers.
If you are someone who uses tables in your articles there is a good news as it has become a lot more easy compared to the older version. Tables are feature that a lot don't use just because they didn't knew the codes of html to create a table. With the new editor you can click on the eighth option and select table and your table will be created automatically where you will just have to fill it with whatever you want. In the screenshot below I have created a table within a table and this is something a lot of people might not be able to do with old version of the editor.
Even this was a better option for anyone who did not know codes but with the modern new editor things are even more better as you have seen it already. The last thing I want to mention which I think is another wonderful feature. You can now see the preview of your blog as you write your blog. You don't have to see your screen split into two parts where half was used for the writing blogs and half for the preview of your blog. Believe me there are a lot more things than what I have shared, explore it by yourself and do not forget to use the poll feature as well. I liked that too but I will leave it to for you all to explore it by yourself.
