Hello all #HivePets friends
My friends!!
If you first see them, I'm sure you will wonder, why do I lock them up, why not just release them into the wild.
This bird is a pet bird, which means if we release it means we will kill it.
How could it not be, since it was small it has never flown in the wild, its food is always given which makes it unable to find its own food, and if we release it into the wild they certainly do not understand prey and predator animals.
Okay my friends.
Below are some pictures that I took with a little explanation, I hope you all like it.
My friend!!
This is their breeding place, initially this place was one, then after getting several different types of birds, I decided to divide this breeding place into four parts.
And my hope for the future is that I will expand it again with the aim that they get a large place so that they are more comfortable.
starling
One of the contents in this captivity is the starling.
I found this bird on a dead areca nut tree on my plantation, at that time the wind was very strong, so that the areca nut tree fell, after I looked closer it turned out that I found a nest and baby starlings, initially there were four baby starlings, but when the areca nut tree fell, two baby starlings died, after a few minutes of seeing it, I felt sorry, then I decided to take the baby birds home, without realizing it this is their growth after three months of caring for them🥰
This starling is black, and usually in the wild it lives in groups, I even often see it when I see pet cows, where they perch on the cow.
Kutilang
Next, the contents of the captivity are kutilang.
I also found this kutilang on the plantation, at that time we were harvesting bananas, but at the time of the permanent there was a bird's nest in the banana diaper that had been cut down.
Then I took the bird's nest and moved it to another banana diaper, because I remembered that the banana diaper that was originally made into a nest had been cut down in the hope that the parent would see it and take care of it again.
But the next day, when I returned to visit the plantation, the baby finches had died with only one left that was very weak.
I felt guilty, maybe moving the bird's nest made the parent not want to take care of it anymore and my next mistake was why I didn't take care of it.
Without thinking long I took it home and gave it food in the hope that it would get well soon Like a dream, this bird is currently growing very well with its beautiful chirping in the morning.
But I think there is a drawback, yes he must be lonely because he is alone, and in the future I will try to combine them with another bird.
And I want to combine the Kutilang h with this bird, because it is alone
I don't know much about this bird, in our language it is usually called TICEM KULINDEUK which name refers to this small bird with its agility
I got this bird from one of my friends, at that time he wanted to release it because he didn't have time to take care of it because he was busy with daily activities.
However, when I asked when he first kept it, he answered that he first kept the bird when it was still small and the bird couldn't open its eyes yet. Then I forbade him to release it, because I felt that releasing it was the same as killing it, and I asked him to take care of it and then he gave it to me.
Fischer
My friend!!
This is the first bird I kept, which is a breeding for a pair of birds, but the other one got away which made my pet cat pounce on it, then I decided not to let it go again, and in the future I will buy another pair so that it is not alone.
Fischer's Lovebird is one type of bird from the Psittaciformes nation that is collected by the public because of its beautiful feather color and melodious chirping. Fischer's Lovebird has unique behavior and consumes various types of food.
Okay my friends
That's my short story at this meeting, I say thank you very much for stopping by and taking a little time to read this post. Hopefully you all like and are entertained by what I share at this meeting, see you at the next meeting
