It is a case that can often be found in this society and, as you rightly say, it often goes unreported because it does not involve wealthy people. But when faced with the question that a person in a borderline state might ask, because many things, their reason does not work, they are outside of themselves, as if they had no conscience, and the things that can be done or crimes and the way in which they can unfold can be atrocious. It is usually called homicide committed under violent emotion; the person does not do it premeditatedly. But of course, each case must be analysed individually.
This woman endured things that no one should have to endure, but often a woman does so for her children, and the consequences can be dire, as in this case. The important thing now is how her daughter views her mother's actions. Thank you very much for bringing this interesting crime case to the community. Es un caso que puede encontrarse muchas veces en esta sociedad y que como bien decís, muchas veces no tiene cobertura porque no se trata de gente de dinero. Pero ante la pregunta que puede hacer un persona en un estado límite, pues muchas cosas, su razón no funciona, esta fuera de si misma, como si no tuviera conciencia y las cosas que se pueden hacer o crímenes y la forma en que pueden desarrollarse pueden ser atroces. Se suele llamar homicidio realizado bajo emoción violenta, la persona no lo hace premeditadamente. Pero por supuesto hay que analizar cada caso en particular.
Esta mujer aguantó cosas que nadie debería pero muchas veces por los hijos una mujer lo hace, las consecuencias pueden ser nefastas como en este caso. Lo importante ahora es como vea su hija el actuar de su madre. Muchas gracias por traer este interesante caso de crimen a la comunidad. Sabes me apasionan este tipo de temas. Abrazo!
