Ouch! I feel your pain with customer support. And to answer your question, yes, I've definitely experienced bad customer service before. It's like they don't even care about keeping their customers happy anymore. But at least we have a place here to rant about it...lol.

"glad" I'm not the only one.. seriously though it's indeed the feeling that I quite often get. They prefer to have unhappy customers over happy ones. And yes, a good rant will make me shake it off and move on :)
