I too had a pretty ambivalent feeling toward new year this year. Meh, it another year, live it well or don’t… the year doesn’t care about you. You have to care about you. So better I care about me rather than care about the new year.

        Sounds about right, if you ask me. It's strange though because there used to be a magic about it, now it just feels monotonous.
