Uggh, such a frustrating situation. It is always the worst when the solution is out of your control, or in the hands of others. There were so many times at my old workplace where I would make helpful suggestions, I would ask for another worker to be scheduled during busy shifts, etc. and they were never taken to heart. So, we just all went on suffering through it! 😄
