Well Hello There Everyone!
I finally got around to tearing this piece metal open to see what the problem might be!
The thing with this job is that it's a tricky thing! Not the job persay but the whole negotiation with the client about this job.
Bossman only wants to repair the computer for him as they agreed and when the "Megatronic" still leaks then they will push towards getting a new seal kit.
But in the mean time I should replace the bad seals? I am not just baffled I am confused?
So we are doing the seals now? Or at-least the bad ones?
I'm lost?

Now I Know What The Wrong Oil Does.
Although it didn't break the casing which I would have assumed it would but thinking about it now the thickness of the oil it had was way over the bounds so perhaps the pump didn't even pick it up.
Usually the casing pops or cracks but not this time, it did do some damage in other places though!
Notice the little silver mark in the middle of the gasket? It has been pressed real hard by the little ball bearing that works against it. I've never seen one as worn as this.

The big green snakey o-ring... well that is the actuators o-ring. It is supposed to be connected together but since it had a burst of pressure the seal just said NO! Perhaps why the casing didn't break.
The smaller, very smaller round o-ring which actually looks like an O. Well that one doesn't o-ring anymore! It's pressed flat!
So all in all there is three things I am already replacing all connected to the seal kit? So we've already done half the seal kit for free? Not sure how that works! Laughs!
Then we have a damaged drain plug, the result of someone not knowing what tools to use! Now those we have a lot of so giving that away for free isn't that much of a problem but the rest? Nah my guy needs to pay!

By The End.
Well I have assembled most of this now and the last piece I need to add would be the actual computer of the "Megatronix"
Now the computer is blown or busted but they can be fixed! Not by us though I don't dare open this thing up! You need a microscope to see all those tiny stuff! Trust me I know a great deal of computers but this is something different all together!
It will be about a week or two before we get the computer back and when that happens it's a go for this car!
At-least most of the work is already done now!
