My wife has a vine growing on our balcony but it hasn't bloomed for some reason.

        I read online that sometimes if you fertilize morning glories, they will bloom less and only make more leaves. I don't know if thats categorically correct but one of our less healthy looking vines is putting on more flowers than any other right now 😆
