RE: Went To A Festival I Hate

in Photography Lovers10 days ago

Hahaha... you made me smile about the lavender color...I love the scent of the lavender flowers; it attracts insects and mostly so many bees, and it becomes very annoying. The family of the deceased next to grandma´s grave planted lavender that it covered the whole area. The lavender grew so tall and the bees kept coming and I was worried the bees might sting me. In my last visit, the whole lavender plants were removed by the cemetery gardeners.

That sweet Hungarian snack looked like it was a delight; I hope you enjoyed it! Have a lovely evening, hugs to you!😊

Looks like I'm the minority with my lavender hate as people seem to love it and maybe I'm wrong but it is considered high end as well and appreciated.

Odd choice to plant lavender in the cemetery, I've never seen it on graves, but it turns out it's very suitable for it, if you trim it regularly, otherwise you end up like the family you mentioned.

Yes, the kürtöskalács is the best 👌

Thank you my dear friend, I wish you the same, enjoy your weekend. I hope Wienn is not an oven like my city right now 🫣 35°C today 😢

Thanks. Oh my I was driving today, it was 38°C. I drank almost a liter of water while on the road. Keep it cool wherever you are... I will make a mojito ( without the rum) with plenty of Ice cubes. I planted the mint when I came back from Manila... Cheers ! 🍸🍹

I'm relaxing in an air conditioned room, so I'm ok, a bit chilly actually. Enjoy your mojito, my favorite drink 🍸
