Hello photo lovers,
Today it is 22 degrees Celsius here in the Netherlands and that is really really nice outside.
It will changes tomorrow because it is never nice weather in the Netherlands for a longer period of time. Yet, this month we already have broken four heat records. The previous record of 21 March was in 1938 when it was 20,3 Celsius, today it will reach 23 in some places.
So with all that heat in the Netherlands, I will post some winter pictures that I took when we were traveling trough Germany last January. We didn't experience the real winter this year but we had on foggy frosty morning. Every tree and all the plants were covered in icy frost. it was stunning to see.
We slept in an B&B that was attached to a farm. They had a couple of horses and small herd of sheep. Just before we came one of the sheep was killed by a wolf.
From the farm you walked in to a dense piece of forest. All the small twigs were covered in ice and frost. It was beautiful to see.
And when the forest opened up a little bit, I had an amazing encounter. These dear were running across the path. I probably startled them.
And when I walked further, one of the dear was waiting for me and possess for the picture.
The trail that runs to the open field was beautiful, it was like a fairy tail.
In the open field the fog was very thick. I could hardly see anything in the distance.
