yes here is hoping, some I have had a couple of years with no flowering, I have read that they can be ages before they do

Looks like I'm lucky because mine flowered after two years. I missed the first one as I had to travel, but miraculously I got a second one a month after I think.
Most likely the flowering cycle is not the same for every type.
