I ran search and it seems they are called Yasmine fringed tulips. There are not many here, I mean this is not the usual type but who can resist them? I wish I had a garden to fill it with seasonal flowers.
I found similar tulips—not the same color as yours, but they'll do just fine.
I also ordered these—something completely unusual!

I think any color will do as all are beautiful, just make sure you don't have problems with customs. Most countries have strict rules regarding seeds, bulbs and agriculture products in general.
