Nice! Yes, loved landscapes since was a kid. Remember sitting in doctor or other offices, losing myself in the them. Imagining myself in the settings, playing or other activities. Occasionally I still find myself staring at one and doing the same :)
I understand you perfectly. I do the same when I'm at these exhibitions. I'm planning to buy one, as I have space for only one, not that I don't have several already, but those are inherited.
While I was doing this post, was thinking maybe it would be a good idea to somehow contact the artist and ask if he has this

You should. I like it too. Something about the patterns in the "trunk" of it that attract me. Not sure why.
