My dad had chickens for a few years, but no thanks!
My father kept chickens and when my parents separated when I was 7 years old, my mother wanted nothing more to do with them.๐
If you grow your own corn or grain, to be able to feed them, then maybe worth it, but you're tied up all year round, you can't have a free day. It's not worth it in my opinion. I value my freedom more ๐
