RE: Keep It Simple And Smart blog prompt: Minimalism and an Environmentally Friendly Lifestyle

in The MINIMALISTlast year

Good to see you putting up some effort towards environment sustainability and minimalism.

The best thing to live an environmentally friendly lifestyle is to go vegan. Without that all efforts are like taking one small step forward and moving 10 backward.

Secondly, I'd suggest using bidet in toilets. Cleaning with water is more hygienic and you prolly won't even need recycled papers. It's always better to reduce the demand of recycled stuff also to a minimum; because at some point in future that will indirectly result in the demand of virgin plastic to fulfil the demand of recycled plastic. If not that, people using virgin stuff will try to justify their usage using this argument. Why give them a chance and why not show the world you can actually do without those stuff!

Sort:

I do have a bidet in the bathroom, it does not eliminate the need for paper.
I was either vegetarian or vegan for over a decade, and I can't be any more because my allergy diet is too restrictive, I would literally have so few things to eat I would be malnourished.
