Oh, I so understand about the notifications. For me, I turn notifications off for most apps. I do NOT want to be pinged all the time. It can wait until I am sitting down with my phone to check messages when I'm ready. 😂

        I have started using the DND feature on my phone as well. 😅 But because I like to respond to urgent messages as soon as I get them plus the fact that I hate untidy DMs, means I can't leave the DND on for too long. Nevertheless, learning to dissociate from all the noise is the most important thing.
