Healthy meals is paramount for a healthier life in general and sometimes we need to make such adjustments even when it is difficult to do.

Yes, I definitely think like you, that "you are what you eat" is very true. If you eat poorly, you can't really ask your body to feel good. Recognizing that is a big step.
