A simple lifestyle, the best

in The MINIMALIST5 days ago

I think life will be sweet and very simple if we can possess just a few little things that we need and think are necessary for life to go on. Having fewer possessions can lead to a simpler, more clutter-free life.

If I am going to have a few possessions, it will help me to reduce stress from managing and maintaining belongings. It will increase my focus on experiences and relationships; I will have a chance for loved ones, instead of being occupied all the time.

With greater financial flexibility, I will be buying fewer things which will lead to significant cost saving for me. More time for personal growth and pursuits. Embracing minimalism can also promote sustainability and with fewer distractions, one can focus on what's truly important.

I will be consuming less, which can help reduce waste. With fewer possessions to manage, I can allocate time to other pursuits. It will help me clarify my values and priorities. Also, I think it will help me to develop a greater sense of gratitude towards life.

Having fewer things will help me to cultivate mindfulness and appreciate what I have more. With fewer possessions, I think my house will not suffer from cockroaches and rats because my possessions will be few and more space will be created.

Having a few possessions will make my house more ventilated. I don't know if it's just me or if other people see it too. When there are few possessions in the house, the house is always very cool, especially in the evening.

I will possess a few clothes, spend less time deciding what to wear, or searching for misplaced items. I will be able to know when to dispose of old clothing or give it away because possessing too much makes it hard for you to choose, and some clothes have stayed over a year without being worn even once.

It will be easier to adapt to changes or travel with fewer belongings. I get to live more intentionally, and it will help reduce stress and anxiety from my body.

You are very right that having less makes things easier for us. The truth is that when you reflect you can see that things that were thought to be very necessary in reality are not. Very interesting all your observations, thanks for sharing.
