Hello dear friends of this wonderful community, I greet you warmly wishing you all well. Writing here is a relaxing exercise that helps me stay anchored to what really matters so I thank you for always bringing sobering topics.

I define my cool minimalist style in these three characteristics: freshness, simplicity and joy. I am in favor of freshness because in it I find comfort and I can be me without ties. I believe that when we have no masks, but live from our essence we can reach that wonderful level of authenticity that generates a natural freshness that feels so fabulous that you can easily transmit it to others.

Besides, living without pretending to be something I am not keeps me calm and with a clear conscience because I show that I am true to myself. Freshness helps me a lot with my self-esteem, I love myself as I am, with my successes and failures without pretending to be perfect because this is completely nonexistent.

I love walking barefoot in the house, having my hair loose, eating fried chicken without cutlery, expressing myself with the spontaneity that characterizes me and even laughing at things that are often considered insignificant, but if it makes me laugh I just laugh. Accompanying the freshness in my personality is simplicity. I am very basic, perhaps insipid for some, but I have learned that in the simplest things there is greatness if you sharpen your eyes to observe them. I don't know how to show off and I don't want to learn it either, I'm not interested in anything extremely flashy or stunning. I don't want to impress anyone, I just want to be happy.

Holding on to my essence generates joy for me because I experience a genuine sense of freedom that I love madly. It is amazing how feeling free is so wonderful, it leads me to have inner peace, a peace that is not affected by external factors, it remains intact despite the difficulties and especially the famous “What will others say?”. Without a doubt, the minimalist lifestyle is liberating, there are no protocols or standards in my mind. Although this is great for me for others it is not but I respect with all my heart any different style that others have and although my way of being has brought me some inconveniences with my family I will not give it up because it would be like betraying myself.

Really freshness, simplicity and joy are ideal characteristics for a healthy, calm and relaxing lifestyle. This is far away from the toxicity that prevails in the constant trends that bombards society, that's why I love being a minimalist.

I always try to look for the cradle I need, that feeling that inspires me without judging me, that fills me and nourishes my heart without charging me a penny and I feel full in those open spaces of nature. I consider that they give me a great teaching without mentioning a single word. It is pure, authentically natural beauty.

I think we are alike in many ways! How nice it is to meet or get to know authentic people, without poses. Greetings

Really? I also enjoy meeting people with a similar way of life to me. I live surrounded by diametrically opposed people but when I meet someone with that unfiltered spirit I feel less weird 😃😃.

Thank you so much for your valuable comment 🫂.

Of course, being yourself makes you comfortable. Not being worried that you are not doing things the way people want you to do it but rather doing it your way, what greater thing explains comfort? I love myself enough not to care about the excess noise of imperfection, I am perfect in my own and so are you and every other persons.
