It's true. Stopping to live in the moment and savoring the food is something that is sometimes forgotten because of how busy we are. I think it is easier when we are invited to eat, because we usually taste a different seasoning than the one we have at home. Sometimes when I'm eating something like that, they try to talk to me and I tell them: "Don't interrupt me, I'm trying to get my brain to store this flavor." I enjoyed reading about this.
