Sick Thoughts is an American band that has been active in New Orleans for more than ten years. It is led by multi-instrumentalist Drew Owen. In the studio, he is a one-man band - he plays all the instruments, records, mixes, and produces everything himself. Live, however, he performs with a band.
He is very prolific, with dozens of singles and EPs and seven studio albums.
The music is a raw and fast-paced mix of rock ‘n’ roll, punk, and garage rock.
The song “Schoolgirls In Chains” is from the fifth album, Born To Blitzkrieg, released in 2023.
The video is from a performance at the MKNŽ rock club in Ilirska Bistrica on 10.5.2026.
