My Actifit Report Card: April 27 2025

It is always said or the scripture says that physical training is beneficial for a little. What that means is that it beneficial to do exercise because it contribute to our good health an it also helps to increase our life span.

Yesterday because of low battery on my phone I was unable to post what I did so far. That is why today I decided to report yesterdays actifit report exercise.


Eventually, I began my exercise at home after our morning worship, I did streetwork down to the evening after relaxing a bite.


On that evening we have a little gathering of one of my friend who is about to say I do I do, that means to get married, so we put heads together to arrange for the success of the marriage, as the case may we enjoy ourselves with drinks an other available resources place before us shown on the picture below, although is not clear because it was dark, that was about 6.23am in the evening.

Above all I was able to record 8223 foot steps according to actifit count.
