Congratulations on a full week of going to the gym, Ben! One small thing to remember is to give your muscles time to rest between regular exercise sessions, as that will help build them more efficiently. As to your question, although I used to have regular exercise practices, honestly just working on the land keeps me quiet fit. Have a beautiful Tuesday, brother! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Thanks mate yeah i am trying to keep that in mind, i am a pretty restless person unfortunately i have to really try and put effort into resting.
