Does that mean as well that the writer gets a bigger share if his posts get more curated within the first 24h and less in the 6 following days?

A curator voting on a post (or comment) within 24 hours from time of publishing will get at 100% of what they would get if they were the only voter on the content (whose vote is above the dust threshold) until payout time. 🤔🤯 If the curator votes on content that is older than 24 hours but younger than 7 days and there are other voters before them, then they would get less than 100% curation rewards compared to voting alone on the post. 🤯😅 !LUV !HUG !DIY

If someone votes a total of worth $0.10 for a post (or comment) within the first 24 hours of publishing, $0.05 will go straight to the author and at least $0.05 will go to the curator. 🤔 The more curators vote after 24 hours from the publication time but before the payout period after 7 days, the curator will get more than $0.05 assuming the price of HIVE doesn't drop from the time of the vote until payout time. 🤓🤯😅 !LUV !DIY

No, I don't think it's possible for a single curator to get more than the author (unless the author has beneficiaries for his/her post/comment, which is another story anyway). 🤔🤯🤓 !LOLZ !DIY
I would suggest that you continue to just (automatically) curate your favorite authors (as well as posts you like from random Hive users) to avoid thinking too much about it, as well as have some satisfaction of supporting your favorite Hive users. 🤔🧘♂️🤓😏 !LOLZ !DIY
