That's true indeed! People who come here from the mainland often comment about the good shape that everyone has! ๐๐๐โจ๐ค
I've seen post on Twitter where people were in better shape and better health back in the 60s and 70s.....
I think it's too much sedentary ....too much computer and no outside work!๐
