Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I had some business to attend to at the center, so I went there early in the morning to take care of it. The weather was cloudy today, but it was very hot, so I didn't walk very much. I returned home in the afternoon and went to the park with my family, where we had a barbecue. Afterwards, we all went for a walk together, and today I managed to exceed 10K.
The weather has been incredibly humid lately, which makes the heat feel even more intense. I don't remember ever sweating this much before, I hope it gets better soon. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
