Having to do daily exercise is a must for me as the consistency is very important. I love the fact that I am doing my best in the very best way that I can. There is nothing that beats consistency and determination. Once these two are in place, then there is nothing that one can not achieve. Today, I did not do an out outdoor exercise. All that I did was indoor and I mean treadmill run. It was enjoyable.
