Working out is a very necessary thing to do especially on daily basis. Whenever I wake up the first thing that I want to donisbto work out. I prefer early morning exercise to after work hour or afternoon exercise. The morning exercises keeps me proactive throughout the entire day, and I remain motivated to do more. I love a cold bath too, that is after the morning exercise followed by a cup of black coffee. This is how may morning starts and it has become a tradition.
