Volvimos a la rutina / Mi informe de Actifit: abril 8 2025

Back to the routine, again we take the little bee to therapy. Of course, first I have to give her her spectacular breakfast, without that, she is not cooperative 😅. She has an appetite that transcends, it is a pleasure to watch her eat, she says yes to all the food that has been offered to her.

Volvemos a la rutina, de nuevo llevamos a la pequeña abeja a la terapia. Claro, primero debo hacerle su espectacular desayuno, sin eso, ella no se muestra cooperativa 😅. Tiene un apetito que trasciende, da gusto verla comer, le dice que sí a todos los alimentos que se le han ofrecido.

After her respective dose of music to make her eat peacefully, in the company of Plim Plim, Zenon's Farm, Lola the Cow, Pinkfong, Baby Shark, Juan the Duckling, LooLoo Kids and so many others, we get ready to go out. I try to leave everything tidy at home to be more relaxed in this new adventure.

Después de su respectiva dosis musical para que coma tranquila, en compañía de Plim Plim, la Granja de Zenón, la Vaca Lola, Pinkfong, Tiburón Bebé, el Patito Juan, LooLoo Kids y tantos otros, nos arreglamos para salir. Procuro dejar todo ordenado en casa para estar más tranquila en esta nueva aventura.

Upon arriving at therapy, Alma greets the secretary, the caretaker and the therapists in a very cheerful manner. She is very sociable and everyone knows her and treats her with affection. After performing the corresponding exercises, we leave to complete other errands. This time with a different direction than usual to change the scenery, I like to walk other streets to fill me with new vibes.

Al llegar a la terapia, Alma saluda a la secretaría, al vigilante y a los terapistas de forma muy risueña. Ella es muy sociable y todos la conocen y la tratan con cariño. Después de realizar los ejercicios correspondientes, salimos de allí a completar otras diligencias. Esta vez con un rumbo distinto al habitual para cambiar el paisaje, me agrada recorrer otras calles para llenarme de nuevas vibras.

I always go enjoying nature, connecting with it, while laughing with Alma's witticisms. As usual, we carry the necessary supplies, a bag or diaper bag, and the main thing, which are cookies, juice and water for the girl, we have to keep her hydrated and in a good mood. Otherwise, the sun can cause irritations on her skin and affect her mood. Although for these cases we are already prepared with Dermosupril and Lubriderm creams to avoid burns.

Siempre voy disfrutando de la naturaleza, conectando con ella, mientras me río con las ocurrencias de Alma. Como es costumbre, llevamos las provisiones necesarias, un bolso o pañalera, y lo principal que son las galletas, el jugo y el agua de la niña, hay que mantenerla hidratada y de buen humor. De lo contrario, el sol puede causar irritaciones en su piel y afectar su ánimo. Aunque para estos casos ya estamos preparados con las cremas Dermosupril y Lubriderm para evitar quemaduras.
