Feeling Better
I been in recovery mode trying to catch up on all my tasks.
I still feel like I am wading through mud but the general sickness and pain seems to be lifting.
After walking my dog Bella and getting some errands completed I decided to try and work on rebuilding my strength.
For lunch I made another sub like yesterday but added a strawberry protein shake as well.
To make the sub I simply cut the roll added my filling of deli meat and cheese then placed it in an airfryer until the cheese melts.
It just takes a couple of minutes to melt the cheese, 5 at most.
Once the cheese melts get out the sub then add salad and sauce.
Then enjoy
Well that gonna be it from me I have so much to do still plus more catching up tomorrow.
I'm lagging a bit not gonna lie.
