Yesterday was a fairly steady and balanced day. I spent the whole morning at the office, focused on work and desk tasks, which kept my movement light. In the afternoon, I stepped out to visit one nearby client, adding a bit more activity to my day.
After work, I accompanied my wife to the mall. It was a nice way to wind down and add some extra steps while spending time together.
