The meat looked great, especially the tenderloin. What a great looking meal, and that turnover to finish things off. It looks awesome.

Chickens are bred to produce large breast meat these days, selective breeding much like dogs. That's why there are so many breeds. It is nice to get the extra protein though isn't it?
