I didn't know all of the backstory behind the band, that was very interesting. That Lynyrd Skynyrd plane crash was so bizarre, almost everyone survived but the two main band members. I haven't heard .38 Special in quite awhile, thanks for sharing!

Yeah, it has been a lot of pain for the past several months. My PT has been doing dry needling on it and that seems to be helping quite a bit. Plus I have the exercises I need to be doing. Honestly, I don't know a ton of Skynyrd stuff beyond the big radio hits. It would be an interesting dive to take though!
Sorry the shoulder isn't better. I hate to say it, but at our age surgery honestly gives the best outcome (if the surgeon is good.) In your twenties or thirties PT can heal up most things, but after forty our bodies just don't heal as well. It really sucks...
