Just charcoal, either one of those throwaway grills or a little home barbecue we had until last year. We have a Weber retailer not too far away, in fact a nice drive, and I'm looking forward to going over and having a look around.

I'd love to visit an actual Weber store one day. They have a restaurant in Chicago where everything is cooked on one of their grills. It's pretty impressive from what I have heard. One of the things I like about Weber is they don't often change their models, so the parts are all pretty standard and easily accessible if you need to replace something.
