Very tasty looking smoked ribs! I only do steak and salmon on my grill. We had some grilled King Salmon this weekend :)

        I hardly ever eat salmon even though I like it. The smell is just too much for my wife and she can't handle it. We actually don't eat any fish in our house because of that. She eats zero fish anyway. I'll often hit fish fries with my buddy on Friday nights during lent.

              Well, here in Pacific Northwest salmon is exquisite. We get fresh salmon that we cook the same day and since I cook it on the grill outside it almost doesn't smell when I bring it in.
